If you are a real estate agent, property professional, or owner using Sparki, we process your data to provide you with our services. We use this data for billing and to inform candidates where to go and whom they will interact with.
Lastly, we analyse website behaviour to improve the experience and adjust the content to visitors’ needs. If possible, this data is processed anonymously and will not be provided to third parties.
Sparki retains your data no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect it. This time period depends on the purpose for which we collect the data. We remove your data from our systems when it is no longer necessary to keep it.
Sparki will never sell your data to third parties and will only provide your data if it is necessary to execute our agreement with you or fulfil legal obligations.
